Prompt responses, always professional I contacted the top 4 buyers agents in the Lexington area according to various google searches in June of 2021. All contacted me back but as soon as they found out I was an out of state buyer 3 stopped communications except Julie. She asked me to contact her when we were able to visit KY. I contacted Julie at the end of November 2021 and she was extremely helpful and agreed to meet us in London KY to show us a home we were interested in. When that showing did not work out, she - on the 􀀁y - found several homes for us to see from London all the way up to Winchester; about 6 properties in one day! Had it not been for her quick reactions and expedient service we would have missed that property. I have never met a realtor that works as hard as Julie. She was always available, with prompt professional responses, and a high level of expertise. I truly believe had it not been for her service I may have never been able to close on this great property.
